I really enjoyed last weeks episode...That one was written by George RR Martin the author so that felt like a heavy compelling dialogue of an episode. The show just gets so much better, I expect the season 1 finale will have everyone talking for a long time...Especially the media and people who havent read the books
I started with the first episode late Friday night. I was caught up by Saturday afternoon. Yeah, it's pretty good.
I started the 1st book this week. The TV series is great, but reading it all makes things a lot more clear and gives me a better understanding of the relationships and reasons for the things that are happening.
*******Spoiler Alert if you haven't watched the latest HBO drama, talk about thrones. ******** . . . . . Ned Stark dies for treason which was not. I can't wait for Spartacus in January. There's a whole battle, Jaime Lannister abducted and all we see is a fuckin midget get knocked out before it all even starts. LMFAO Spartacus found a genius way to emphasize the action on a limited budget all while surrounded by great acting. (talking) One of the best a actors on the show is now dead and this whole season was him being shit on and he'll not know justice, not personally anyway. That just pisses me off. I think I'm just more pissed that Ned went out like a bitch.
***SPOILER ALERT*** MadBacker Prime doesn't like Game of Thrones. They talk too much! I heard Battle: Los Angeles comes out of DVD in a few days. You'll probably like that piece of shit movie...not much "talking" and plenty of battles...in Los Angeles...
You're pissed. Good. That's good storytelling. Or perhaps you prefer puppies and rainbows where the hero always wins and you know the good guy can't die because *gasp* then there won't be a story. If so, I'll leave you to your third grade reading packet.
Holy fuck that episode was amazing, I saw the whole execution thing coming when they lead him out like that but I was kind of hoping Ned would at least spit in that little shits face first. I'm downloading book 1 right now, I know it will just spoil moments like tonight for me but I'm way too damn intrigued to have the story go on hitaus after next week's finale.
I was kinda bummed we didn't get to see ANY of the battles...Rome had at least a few. I love the series so I don't care that much, but to people that were watching because of an impending battle are probably very pissed off.
 at MP for being pissed things didn't go the way they always do in every other movie or show. I hate I have only one left and have to wait fucking forever for the next one. By the way, for the fantasy guys, I finally finished "The Crippled God", the tenth and final of the Malazan empire series this past week on vacation. And I swear, as much as I love those, I'm never getting started on another Erikson series again. Sometimes trying to keep up with literally hundreds of characters and a hundred different storylines is just so freakin frustrating, you just want to quit on it.
you are an idiot... go read what the books are all about. This show is not a Michael Bay film, or gladiator...The show doesnt go off to depict battles everywhere like Spartacus.......Give me a break. *facepalm*
the scene is how i envisioned it happening in the book...Get ready for the season finale...It's going to be one awesome ending
About to watch tonight's episode right now. Next week is the finale of the season right? Is it going to be 2 hours like the premier?
