So the players and owners are planning to meet again sometime this week after already meeting twice. I believe the judge was part of those meetings as well. No one schedules follow-up meetings that frequently in a week unless they're relatively close to an agreement.
If they get a deal done in June there's no reason why teams can't go through full training camps and Preseason.
While it's possible that much progress has been made in secret talks, I am skeptical. No matter how much the intent is to keep such talks under the radar, this day and age, considering the subject, the parties and the timiing of it all, I think we would have heard more if general progress had really been made and was all that substantial.
Agree. Training starts third week in July, so they definately have time, but not much. If they do reach an agreement, it will be interesting to see how coaches approach training camp. With no OTA's or mini camp teams will probably keep their offensive and defensive systems simple especially for the rookies. With so much time missed, it would be hard for them to experiment with certain things, that they might had it been a normal offseason.
I agree with BB that we would have heard something if substaintial progress were made, but I always go back to the Revis talks. Just when you thought all hope was lost, they came to an agreement.
Once an agreement is made in principle, the lockout will immediately end. That should give coaches enough time to even extend training camp if necessary.

I dont know if this means anything butttt...... I own a delivery company, and we do a lot of deliveries to the Jets facility at Florham park, and so far this year we have not gotten 1 delivery request to their facility until TODAY. This could be a sign that they are preparing for the lockout to be lifted and players starting to come in.
What type of delivery? This could be important. Let's do a Trojan horse deal and sneak into the facility with you as the driver. We will be more famous than incarceratedbob.
