For what? a one hitter? Blown calls in situations like that are game changers.

He pitched a no-hitter last night.

Gotta love the unwritten rules in baseball, it's a 1-0 game. The White Sox should have laid down a bunt in the 9th.

Even if they had called him safe on that call at first it would have been ruled a fielder's choice, not a hit.

Two of the top prospects in baseball were called up this weekend. Eric Hosmer debuted last night and Julio Teheran will start today vs Philadelphia.

...and he just walked J.P. Arencibia to lose the perfect game.

    No hitter still possible though.

Verlander finished it off, his second career no hitter. Wow.

    He's filthy.

I wasn't giving the game my full attention, but I'm pretty sure he threw a 100 MPH fast ball in the 8th inning.

Middle of the 9th in San Fran, 0-0. Lincecum and Kennedy each went 8 shutout innings.

San Diego has 13 runs today, and leads 13-6.

    Betting total was 7.5.

I liked the throwback uniforms that the Phillies and Braves wore today.
