I'm not sure if he (Mike) remembers that 99% of would be buyers of Rex's book (Jet Fans) shut off 660AM at 1PM on weekdays. It just amazes me that every time I catch his show (not that often), even for a minute there is an Anti Rex or Anti Jets comment.

LMAO. he can never be wrong. it took his producers for him to even go down on the average square feet. the guy said 2800 sq ft. the next guy said around there. so of course tank uses his 'Francesa rounding system' and goes up to 3,000 to support his answer. So only 700 feet off. I've actually read some stuff that said 2300. So he's way off. but of course in tank's alternate world, he's not wrong. the caller is out of his mind and is a buffoon who needs to find something better to do with this day.
