    I wish I could be in the room when Rex finds "his" guy. I wonder if he just waits for someone to pop out to him during watching film and takes whoever it is.

    Like the Mcelroy pick, lots of you guys need to relax. None of the safties or rush olbs are going to be superstars.

    There are reasons these guys fell this far. It's possible they could eventually be starters, but for 755-90% of these guys will be ST guys for life. some will make it big, but most will not. Like i said previously, it appears most of the guys on that list are about to go UDFA and we will be able to try and pick them up after that if we even are interested.

    we needed a developmental QB, and this is a smart high character player that would be capable of coming in and managing a game and who knows could be capable of more - once ross homan had gone there wasnt really anyone else i was really hoping for so i am fine with this pick (which must come as a huge relief to the FO)

    I don't know much about him, but he seems to be of the Chad Pennington mold. Makes up for athletic shortcomings with his brain.

    The other Reed from Arizona is a decent flyer for the Vikes, lot of passrushers from that Desert Swarm defense...
