I don't think the order is important... just throw in a a list of the best 60/70 players still available. (44)
Something tells me that a linebacker/pass rusher guy is going to take a huge fall (not Bowers). But based on the draft so far it wouldnt shock me to see a guy like Sheard or Reed take a big drop
Dontay Moch, DE/OLB, I know he isn't the favorite on these boards but from a standpoint of players going in the 2nd and 3rd, you have to include him. If not for the Jets then as an option to help someone fall to us in the late third. Robert Sands, S, He will definitely be off the the board in the next two rounds. But then again you never know, never thought Wilks would be sitting pretty at 30. But this is another potential player to be taken ahead of us.
I think its going to be completely opposite, I think the reason there were so many options for us at 30, is because the teams we were afraid of taken 3-4 players didn't (BAL-CB, CHI-OL, NE-Traded). But now I think there is gunna be a run on these players. I would love to be wrong, but who knows, but then again, that could cause a Safety to fall.
i would think at least half way up into the 3rd.. maybe early third if a team is really pressing to trade back..
Also good news about Houston, he could fall IMO becAuse ATL is rumored to be going after Ray Edwards and they had a big interest in Houston. I see him as a 4-3 end but if somehow he fell to the third I'd be all over trading up for him.
Ryan Williams would be sweet! i don't imagine him falling to the 3rd though, I don't think we will trade up either. Everytime I think about the fact we don't have a 2nd round pick because we traded it for B-Marsh, I want to stab myself ... oh wait
Oh shit i forgot you guys don't have a second! I'd say Ryan Williams is a 49er or Buccaneer then. I could see you guys maybe drafting Shane Vereen or Jordan Toddman at Rb.
Good list. I would add Kendricks - TE and Little - WR Any thoughts on Chris Carter OLB from Fresno and/or K.J. Wright OLB from Mississippi St.?
KJ is more of a 4-3 OLB and Chris Carter is a solid 3-4 OLB with pass rushing ability. Both could go somewhere in the 3rd.
I'm kind of hoping we take a Safety,(Rahim Moore??) if no upgrade at OLB is available. I would be ecstatic if Ayers or Houston are still there, but doubt it.
