Fucking unbelievable. Kid plays with so much intensity. Speed, Power, Size and aggression. Perfect fit for our D. 3-4 Experience. Size to play end or nose in 3 man -DT in a 4 man. I can't imagine that any Jets fan is not thrilled with this pick. Lets trade up and steal one of these OLB's, land a nice 3,4,5th round Saftey and I'm set.
Don't forget that in our nickle package that he's a very good 3T prospect as well. He's the type of line man we needed for awhile, Stout against the run but also a good one on passing downs.
you realize it would cost every one of those picks to move up into the second to steal an OLB right? We should stand pat, somebody is going to fall to us, we just have to be content enough to wait for our dropper, he will come if we are patient enough.
Love the pick! Just wish there was a way we could get a later 2nd round pick and get Sheard/Reed...and i know there was talk of houston going on day three, is that even remotely possible he falls to us in the 3rd?
