It's too early to know what direction in Rd 1 the Jets will go, hell were not sure what they're going to do in 48 hours.

I was just using an example we wouldn't be able to draft a lot of talented players.

Out of that group I sure would if we just have a draftee, Cotch, and Edwards this year a guy like Ryan Broyles would be a excellent compliment.

I'm a huge Ryan Broyles fan, I was disappointed he didn't declare.

So am I but he's better off, after Blackmon he is the next best WR because of all the troubles with Michael Floyd. I'm not sure what player to compare him to in the NFL but his size and elusiveness along with scary good catching ability , he'll be one heck of a WR.

But Cromartie was a known quantity, a more or less proven NFL caliber starter. Draft picks or only prospects. What they did in college means bubkis when they get to the NFL.

No way I'd trade next year's 1st-3rd round picks. I might trade a lower round pick. Like nyjetsulre, the only scenarios where I'd even entertain the thought would be:

    1) in the case of Peyton Manning. Because of his pedigree, prototypical size, arm, etc. he would have been worth it. Eli on the other hand wasn't worth it.

    2) If I had a team with a good D, awful QBs and I didn't think I had any other chance to get a quality QB (although I can't imagine what that would be). I don't think I'd do it for Luck either.

I love Alshon but who's going to throw to him this year? There's no doubt his talents and he had one hell of a year. With Garcia looking at a nice amount of time away I think his numbers take a hit, unfortunately .

Stephen Garcia won't be suspended for any of the regular season.

I feel like Spurrier has more say than the college with this decision and he won't let his quarterback miss any time.

Either way, Jeffery is a better pro prospect than Ryan Broyles.

If he does come back then he should be tied at as the #1 WR prospect . I just feel if Garcia is gone Jeffery's numbers drop but we will have to see till next season.

Dont forget Broyles had some crazy good numbers and could still have another great season.

    Jeffrey is a game changer.

I'm a big Broyles fan, but realize Jeffrey is a top 10 pick and Broyles is a bottom 10 pick in Rd 1 next year.

Where are you getting this information from? I highly doubt Stephen Garcia will be dismissed.

Do you even know why he was suspended for spring ball? He drunkenly argued with a guest speaker at an event set up by the Athletic Director's wife. That's not going to get someone kicked off of a football team.

Things worse than this go unnoticed at other programs. Whoever leaked this to the media is a faggot that should be set on fire.

You actually think I forgot that? I like Ryan Broyles a lot, but Jeffery is the better prospect.

I was upset when guys like Blackmon, Floyd, and Broyles didn't declare. I'd been waiting for this wideout class for quite some time and it's a little disappointing that half of them didn't declare.

Hahaha obviously I didnt think you forgot about Broyles, just making a general statement about his great numbers.

Yes, I knew why Garcia was suspended. The kid has been a trouble maker at SC and I really dont doubt something could happen again. If Spurrier see's him slip up again I think he finally hits his breaking point, gets presured by the university, and gives him a reality check. This is my personal opinion, I could be wrong but I just dont like what I see out of Garcia when he makes promises to not slip up and hasnt shown he is mature yet.

Yeah I was surprised Broyles actually didnt declare this year, he's the oldest of the 3 you mentioned.
