As usual, no trades. Carolina Panthers: Cameron Newton Panthers go balls in. Denver Broncos: Marcell Dareus Their DL really does suck, and Dareus would be a push in the right direction. Probably seen as the safest DL pick in the draft. Buffalo Bills: Tyron Smith Their OL really isn't far off, and they have other pieces on offense. If he can help get Spiller going... Cincinnati Bengals: AJ Green I see him as the Charles Rogers to Jones' Andre Johnson. Doesn't mean he's headed down the road Rogers went down at all. I assume they try to lure Palmer back somehow. Cleveland Browns: Julio Jones I buy Julio Jones. Colt McCoy would be a big fan. San Francisco 49ers: Patrick Peterson Steal. Their secondary needs it. This team has talent. Expect good things for them this year, even though it's been said the past couple years. Tennessee Titans: Nick Fairley I keep mocking him to them, which means it probably won't happen. Dallas Cowboys: Anthony Castonzo Not a flashy enough pick, but he'd be a boon to their OL and offense. Washington Redskins: Blaine Gabbert Washington gets their QB pick. Houston Texans: Prince Amukamara Their secondary still sucks. 2nd CB in the first round in 2 years. Minnesota Vikings: JJ Watt Big DE prospect can take over at LE and help out. Would have to beat out Robinson and/or Edwards. Detroit Lions: Aldon Smith Schwartz continues to collect top front 7 talent. Smith + Suh is pretty sweet. St. Louis Rams: Von Miller Flexible defensive player for a flexible defensive coach. Miami Dolphins: Ryan Mallett Dolphins are only pretending to like Chad Henne. Jacksonvill Jaguars: Da'Quan Bowers Steal at this point. Helps their rebuilding DL. New England Patriots: Mike Pouncey Meyer to Belichick line continues. Will replace either Neal or Mankins. San Diego Chargers: Cameron Jordan Chargers are happy to walk away with one of the more solid prospects in the draft. He's a very similar player to Shaun Ellis. New York Giants: Gabe Carimi Giants are happy to find such a solid OL prospect on the board. They might have been hoping for Pouncey or Castonzo, but Carimi works well too. Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Robert Quinn Shock of a pick as Quinn falls to 20. Kansas City Chiefs: Brandon Harris Flowers + Berry + Harris = Good young secondary. Indianapolis Colts: Stefen Wisniewski Starts off at G, will replace Saturday at C. Philadelphia Eagles: Corey Liuget Good compliment to NT Broderick Bunkley. Better than Patterson. New Orleans Saints: Ryan Kerrigan Still looking for a DT next to Ellis. Wilkerson is a possibility. Seattle Seahawks: Justin Houston Carroll grabs this workout freak with big pro upside. Baltimore Ravens: Torrey Smith After going all in on veteran WRs last year, the Ravens look to the future. Smith's deep speed goes well with Flacco's cannon arm. Forms a good combo with Boldin. Atlanta Falcons: Stephen Paea Ox strong DL who can help them out with motor and run D questions. New England Patriots: Muhammad Wilkerson Pats grab themselves a young DL to help out with their front 7 issues. Chicago Bears: Nate Solder Bears hope to give Cutler some protection. New York Jets: Cameron Heyward I was going to mock us Phil Taylor and the Steelers Cameron Heyward. Heyward is a very similar talent to their longtime anchor at DE, Aaron Smith. I like his upsde. Pittsburgh Steelers: Derek Sherrod Their OL really is old and/or unathletic. Green Bay Packers: Mark Ingram/B] RB problems solved.
Jets mock: 1: Cameron Heyward 3: Ras I-Dowling - FS. 4: Kenrick Ellis - Loading up on front 7. 5: Luke Stocker - #2 TE with significant upside. 6: Lee Ziemba - Longtime starter for the Auburn Tigers, and a possible long term starter. I really like this guy. 7: Ricky Elmore - Cult hero Brook Reeds' more productive teammate might be able to help out in a situational role.
Incredibly Unique Mock v1.0 1: Jerry Hughes - God 3: Alex Henery - Kickoff Specialist 4: Frantrell Forrest - Beast? 5: Kyle Brotzman - Choke Artist 6: Matt Marcorelle - Scrappy White Guy 7: Jai Eugene - Kicked in high school
Thanks. Fixed. Ewetric wants attention. He's so cute when he feels his wittle internet territory will be invaded!! DWare for Mel Kiper "Draft Guru" in 2011! I'll wear it for years!
.....but you'll never win it, because of complete shit like this mock. Ego does not equal greatness and thats really all you bring to the site.
I disagree with a few picks and agree with some others, one I have the most problem with is the Bills pick. There's just WAY to much talent there to take a tackle that could be addressed later. I like Tyron Smith dont get me wrong but Fairley, Peterson, Gabbert, Miller, and even Watt at three hold so much more value and are "safer" picks for the Bills then Tyron. Also Im not sure the Jets pick Heyward, I dont want our first rounder to be a kid coming right off of surgery I think with Ayers and Reed available at that pick we'd pick them long after we'd pick Heyward. Another is I feel there is no way in the world Quinn falls to 20 I dont think he'll even get past 11 and thats a stretch of a fall. If he had played last season he would be a lock in the Top 5. He's a monster at DE and at OLB no team unless mentally challenged skips him. I do like the Steelers pick with Sherrod and Jones to the Browns. Cleveland needs a target and a WR who should be exceptional helping the run game open up even more. And Sherrod should be a future starter at RT for the Steelers for many years, he's a bruiser on the line and has a great punch to him.
Lol a baiter and a hater. Everyone here has an inflated ego. It's what we allseem to have in common. Hence the invite back. Soon enough you guys can go back to trolling visitors and whatever other shit happens here.
Why do you guys feed the troll??? Ignore him in this forum and he will go away. He can only exist in the TT forum, that's only place he's capable of having a conversation on his level.
I just fail to understand how someone could not see adding a passrusher as a major need. I mean, I understand how vital it is they grab a safety (bonus that it's one without actual safety experience) considering we only have four players with starting experience there, but you should probably put some concern into finding another OLB.
He's one of the few on my ignore list. I poped in to play with the troll a bit, much like I do with raiderjoe. I'll go back to ignoring his tripe, because while its fun in the NFL forum, this place deserves a bit higher quality traffic.
