I know you suck at life, so thats one thing. I never said Ferrell was there forever. I was talking about Michael leaving. Plus having 3 weeks of re-runs, 1 new show, then more re-runs is annoying too. I don't get that.
I'll add it to the list, right below "Where the clitoris is". Shit's getting heavy. May have to buy a wagon to cart it around in.
Originally, they said it was either Gervais or Arnett. Now they're saying Ferrell may stay past his 4 eps after all. I don't trust anything at this point.
Well if Ferrell is signed on for the rest of the season it still doesn't mean anything. And I thought they said that Gervais is on for longer it wouldn't necessarily be for Carrell's position?
I don't see how David Brent can just show up in the season finale without taking over, but we will see. Maybe just wishful thinking.
Gervais is making millions by sitting on his couch, I can't imagine he'll want to do it. Arnett's doing a pilot with Christina Applegate. There's no way Ray Romano is anything more than just a big name for season finale ratings. And I don't really know Catherine Tate but people that do can't stand her. My gut says this is all an effort to create enough of a buzz that the network will be fine with an in house hire and not a big name. Outside shot of it being Spader playing a good-at-his-job-but-bizarre-as-shit boss.
That's the point. It's easy to get these guys for an episode, but none of them want to do it full time. That's how they got everybody to begin with, with the understanding they had no other commitment. And Gervais has no interest in staying on, so yeah, Dark Knight, that is wishful thinking.
