    Who the hell are you?

This. People don't understand that opening up the pass rush is nearly as important as actually being someone that rushes the passer.

After what Gholston accomplished, the Jets want another workout warrior from the most over-rated football school in the country? That would be the definition of insanity.

Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me.

If there is one player in the draft that the Jets cant draft, its Heyward. He seems to be so similar to the Bust that it is scary.

Huh??? Where do you get workout warrior from? His Pro day was fairly limited so I don't know where or why you might think that.

I'm not a particular fan of CH, but to suggest hes a bust is way off the mark. All the summaries about him suggest hes a workhorse, something that Vern never was.

LOL OK I glanced at this at work, didn't realize he was a DE.. Guess I should march back to the kitchen, barefoot and get knocked up while I'm at it..

  7. This is why I don't understand people who want a pass rush from DE in the 3-4. It doesn't work with the scheme. The pass rush comes from lanes for blitzing backers, particularly OLBs, created by linemen occupying the OL.

  8. I'd ask if you needed help with any of those, but...

You do realize Heyward didn't even get to work out a whole lot due to him getting TJS right?

I feel like exploded all of my frustration that I am already having today out on you and your lazy attempt at trying to act as if you have any idea what you are talking about.

    I wont though.. Meh.

Please, just because this is a forum, doesn't mean you should just randomly jump into a topic with nothing more then an assumption. If you don't know, educate yourself. It's not that hard.

I'm glad to hear speculation of us addressing the DL. That's our most glaring weakness by far.... Him being at OSU is not a factor.

Every Tight End we draft will be the next Kyle Brady, and every player from Ohio State we draft will be the next Vernon Gholston.

    Guaranteed.

I don't care what position he plays. If he even has the same shoe size as the ghost, I want nothing to do with him.

We should just grab the best player left on the board regardless of position. I am not seeing what we need any where in this draft that we have any chance of getting.

Most mock drafts have him going before we pick, but we know Tanny can always work his magic to move up to get him if they fall in love with him.

He's talking about how a DE with overpower an OLine man and possibly demand double teams at the 3-4 DE spot and allow OLB to get to the QB with ease, thus improving the pass d. Its basically what you said just without the misunderstanding.
