...the Super Bowl. I hear it everyday. Sanchez recieves a ridicolous amount of hate from the NFL fanbase. Apparently he's the reason why the Jets haven't made the Super Bowl. If the Jets had a "good" qb they would have won the Super Bowl the last 2 years On the flipside though QB's like Rodgers, Roethlisberger, Brady, Manning will get tons of credit for their teams making the Super Bowl. Which I think is a complete joke because if you look how they played in their championship games, they had no right to even be in the Super Bowl. All I hear is they put up the good stats, but lets look at a comparison between them... Mark Sanchez Vs. Steelers: 20/33 233 Yards 2 TD 0 INT 102.2 QB Rating Vs. Colts: 17/30 257 Yards 2 TD 1 INT 93.3 QB Rating Aaron Rodgers Vs. Bears 17/30 244 Yards 0 TD 2 INT 55.4 QB Rating Ben Roethlisberger Vs. Jets 10/19 133 Yards 0 TD 2 INT 35.5 QB Rating Tom Brady Vs. Chargers 22/33 209 Yards 2 TD 3 INT Eli Manning Vs. Packers 21/40 254 Yard 0 TD 0 INT I guess the key to getting to the Super Bowl and receiving all the credit is to play like complete shit ?
damn I thought the answer was going to be toast "...for not making enough toast" but it was "superbowl
of course pittsburgh didn't play a little softer in the second half with a big lead. not saying sanchez kept us out, just considering the situation vs. the stats
In night games where Sanchez runs for 25 yards with a passer rating of at least 80, he is 7-4, with 6 of those games being decided by fewer than 7 points or more.
he has run for 25 yards in 11 games so far in his career? that seems crazy high... so he played 18 games his rookie year, and 19 games this year, so he has run for 25 yards in 11/37 or 29.7% of the time? If thats right, thats pretty awesome.
I blame the rain. I can't wait to find out where the AFCCG is next year so I can try to find someone who lives in that area to use their internet to find out the weather for me.
