The lawyer for the two men claiming he shot them said on WEEI this morning the police have been investigating for two weeks... The Broward county police reported later this morning that Merriweather is not and has not been under investigation as a victim or perpetrater of any crime... Two guys get shot, don't want to press charges, then decide they want to sue the alleged shooter. Must be Miami!
