I'll be watching trying to get some ideas for my latest mock. Hope no one is offended when I steal their picks
Marcell Dareus to the Broncos makes so much sense with the recent signings and cuts, I have little doubt a DT will be the pick. I don't agree with the people who say Dareus has plateaued and Fairley has the higher ceiling, Dareus hasn't got near what he could be yet. He could be a Sapp-type presence on the interior if he keeps progressing...
I actually thought there were some ramblings that the Bills wanted to switch to a 4-3? But Yeah if they are sticking with a 3-4 End would be his ideal fit.
I just had a really hard time passing up my highest rated player with Arizona's pick. It just wasn't a need. Patrick Peterson is my #2 overall prospect though.
I don't understand why Cincy passed on a kid that's arguably the best wideout prospect of the past decade for a defensive end. The Bengals have two up-and-coming ends in Michael Johnson and Carlos Dunlap. It'll be interesting to see Jabba's take.
Ah, haven't heard anything along the lines of that yet(not saying I don't believe you). It would probably fit them better for the time being, they still lack an elite rusher at LB, Kelsay is a #2 type and Merriman is an unknown...
I had Peterson to Zona in my recent mock draft....he's close to being the top prospect in this draft. If the Broncos didn't resign Champ Bailey, Peterson would have been my pick.
Honestly I didn't even consider a WR in that spot because my two highest rated players in the draft were still on the board, Bowers was one and the other one is still available ... hoping to get him with my next pick  The reason I took a little while to make that pick is because I never expected Bowers to be there and already had the image set for the other guy.
I wish the Jets could get their hands on MJ, he's such a waste in that DE-OLB limbo he's in for the Bengals.
I know you said you had Bowers rated high, but the Bengals need receivers. They have a bunch of young defensive linemen and Antwan Odom is coming back from an injury. Cincy will likely get rid of Ochocinco and that will just make the need for an elite wideout even greater. In my opinion, the Bungles can't go BPA over need...especially when there's a player of AJ Green's caliber available.
The Bengals were 29th in the league in sacks last year, that is abysmal, that's close to dead last, you can't win in the NFL if you're ranking near the bottom in getting after the Quarterback. I like Dunlap, had 10 Sacks last year and a big upside, but I don't like anything they have on the other side enough to pass on Bowers, not when they are so awful at getting after the QB CORRECTION Initially I said the Bengals were 28th, actually they were 29th
