Just thought it would be a fun concept for this forum. Some nice bold predictions that can get the draft juices flowing even more. Make as many predictions as youd like: Ill start- The Vikings will trade up for a QB either Blaine Gabbert or Cam Newton. Prince Amukamara will fall to the Texans. Ryan Mallet will fall to the 3rd. Eagles will trade Kolb for a 2nd and a conditional 2012 3rd to the 49ers. Patriots Trade up for Julio Jones.
When is the last time the patriots traded up for a player? I think way to much to trade for Kolb, but i could easily see someone trading it. I don't think Prince falls that far unless another corner (brandon harris?) somehow overtakes him. my predictions: Jets trade down Lions, Chiefs and Ravens are considered to have the best drafts the day after. The consensus biggest reach in the draft will be drafted by the Arizona Cardinals
Al Davis trades his 2nd and 3rd round picks to the Pats to get into the first round. He then immediately trades the pick back to the Pats for a 6th rounder and whoever has the fastest 40 on the Pats practice squad.
Last time the Pats trade up was last year for Gronkowski , so its not a rare occurence. Harris will never go over Prince AK ever. Period. For a solid starting QB a 2nd and a playing time next year 3rd isn't too insane. As much as I want the Jets to trade down I'm still betting there's another high value player like Wilson that falls to us.
I should have specified on the first two points, when is the last time the Pats traded up in round 1? and my point about Prince is that unless some team drafts another corner instead of him he won't fall to Houston. And Nobody should be taken over Amukamara except for Peterson...

Cmon GH, I know your a Miami fan and all but Harris being picked over Amukamara? I really just dont see that happening. Some scouts even rate Jimmy Smith higher then Harris. Dont get me wrong Harris will be a solid pro for sure, he's got exceptional man to man skills and has good speed. But if Harris could actually make tackles and play more then mediocre zone coverage then I could see how they could be close but there is just not a comparison.
