Retract the Mets, it's the simplest solution.

It would save alot of people alot of stress, me included. But as a solution it's a poor one, if you retract the mets this town would only have yankee fans and their even worse than boston fans.

How about stop giving a fuck about the owners? Has Wilpon ever thrown a pitch or stepped into the box?

Agreed. I doubt, Wright and Davis and Reyes right now are going, "Oh man we're gonna suck this year.....the owners are in trouble!!".

If there's anybody who can fix the Mets, it's a guy who wears a muskrat on his head.

I hear you, but he does deserve props for getting the women he has with a muskrat stapled to his head. Talk about entering the game with a hand tied behind your back.

If any of us had the money he has, we could have any woman.

It would be easier to do, if every f*ng article did not include the phrase 'borrowed heavily against the franchise'

with that kind of coin? he could have a huge pile of feces on his head instead of the muskrat, and score whomever he wishes. money like that is an automatic extra 6 inches on your rod.

What if the Mets are hovering around .500 in late July? What if the Wild Card spot is well within reach? Will the Wilponzis have enough money to make a deadline deal or two?

that's a good question. i have a feeling collins was a good choice for this team and the state it's in. i think he'll get more out of these players than Manuel did, that is of course if they stay healthy.
