He has probably made more money the last three or four years than he made the rest of his career combined.

    From Rotoworld:

Favre's quest for glory just got a lot harder.

Ouch. Looks like Percy Harvin is about to get a lot more opportunities to fumble the ball.

But when you're looking at Favre's previous salaries you need to take into account inflation and events such as the great depression and the world wars.

They signed Javon Walker to replace Sidney Rice. Get those Super Bowl rings ready!

Jimmy Leonhard may have a 2+sack game against the Vikings this year. Bret is going to be like a rock...unable to move.

i really cannot see him playing 3/4's of how he did last year.

The Vikings acquired Greg Camarillo from Miami.

Well, that settles the WR issue!

Benny Sapp is the only thing I've heard as far as the return trade.

I like Camarillo for his roots, but he's no replacement for Sidney Rice. That's for damn sure.

I wonder if the fvcker would have just stayed home finally if the severity of Rice's injury had been known a couple of weeks ago.

The Vikings should be pretty good for the next couple seasons:

-Packers get rid of Favre: Make playoffs, then Super Bowl within 3 years.

-Jets get rid of Favre: BACK TO BACK AFC Championship appearances.

I think everyone has officially now moved on from Brett Favre, even the folks in Green Bay.

Is there a better way to send this guy packing? Knock the shit out of him, end his streak, send him home from a losing season and have Green Bay win the Super Bowl, Aaron Rodgers MVP. Done and done. Have fun on that tractor, Favre, Rachel Nichols is free now to come to MY house this summer.

Aside from the ludicrous amounts of money he's made, the past year or so has not been that kind to him. He got murdered in the NFC title game and they lost. Then he comes back for the 2010 season and is just awful on the field. Then the dick texts leaked. Then his streak ends. Then his meth head sister gets arrested. Then the Packers win the Super Bowl and Rodgers wins the MVP.
