    The problem is it looks like she initiated the conversation and gave deadspin the photos....

    Plus her name, info, pictures are already out there. Deadspin won't even mention her name with the supposed photos of Mark's apartment/home/whatever.

    The legal letter mentions that the photos are stolen property....but if she willingly gave the photos to deadspin...I don't see how that argument will fly.
