That's the beauty of the draft, use a pencil, not a pen.

He's not the greatest QB, but you never know, Braylon Edwards made Derek Anderson look good.

It's kinda sad, but his lone year in Washington is probably the best in his career, including his SuperBowl year...

There's one guy in particular I'm thinking of, I'll bring it back up after he goes.

As far as the QB/WR deal, it's hard to say something like that when FA isn't factored in. FA happens before the draft (barring any CBA change effects), so they should have a guy locked in there by draft day. They could go QB in Rd 1, but if Newton/Gabbert aren't there I think they'd get a lot more value with a vet QB, a mid round QB to develop, and a stud WR than any other options.

Because following the Patriots plan always works so well:

Trust me, the first 9 picks completely turned mine upside down too :)

I see where you are coming from. We are assuming different sides.
I'm assuming a lock out with delayed FA.

hahahaha....I'm not advocating it.....but it is what it is. Those clowns won the division with a bunch of hobbits playing WR.

For the record, the team that loves the Tall receivers didn't even make the playoffs this year.

    just sayin'.

Chargers have been disappointed with Larry English and Merriman is gone........in comes high motor Brooks Reed.

The Chargers are going to be one of the Jet's foes drafting similar type need players.

No doubt, Jordan and Reed alone potentially make that already good D better.

Edit: Ok sorry... I saw him on WW85's top 100 and thought he did my bad I'll change it. I changed it to Brandon Burton. They need to start grooming a CB with Barber being 36.

I thought I took it off.

Guys don't go by my Top 100, it's just my opinion, use your own judgement

You did today but the earlier in the week update had him in it. I only used it as a starting point, to see a list of those who declared. It was my fault I should have doubled checked.

Hey hey, looks like Mr. E is the only GM to realize that a top 15 guy like Paea is pretty good value in the 2nd round.

...even with the meniscus injury, I'm pretty surprised Stephen Paea fell this far.

Paea was a steal talent-wise, but I could see him falling because of the injury. I strongly considered him with the Browns 2nd rounder, but I had already taken Dareus. Felt like Liuget was a better fit for the 49ers and have him slightly ahead of Paea on my board. But Paea was definitely great value at this point, I've been waiting for someone to take him from the late first round actually.

DAMNIT. I wanted Paea for the Saints upcoming. He can be a borderline late 1st round/early 2nd round talent even despite the knee injury. That's a good pickup by IND.

Had to go with the Temple product for Philly.....Washburn the new D-Line coach will be given a vote of confidence with a early pick I think and will get his choosing.
