This is my thing. We throw it 20-25 times a game. Sanchez completes half of them. This is what schotty loves to do. YOu mix in Keller and a few to the backs... this is like 3-4 catches a game to both these guys. Somethings got to give. You let schotty go, bring in a guy who likes to throw it vertically or you let the WR go. we shouldn't be a power run team anymore
Harris is the absolute priority. If anything should be learned from today's game is that you can't win if you can't stop the run. The offense will only get better as Sanchez gets better. Receivers are the least important positions on the field. Holmes did not sound like a player who wanted to be back after his post game comments. Classless.
I love these people that are still stuck in the 1970's mindset. The game has passed you by. The league is all about QBs and the passing game. The running game in general is an afterthought, used to set up play actions or "keep defenses honest".
