LT is a good player but when you have the Shonnmower literally running people over, then take him out and run LT right into the line? It's another testament to Shotty not knowing how to use his players. LT was getting blasted everytime he got the ball, yet Shonn was grinding out yards... Then you have LT not catching a single pass? Where were the RB screens? RB out of the backfield? You run Hartsock into a pattern and leave LT in to block? Then we have Holmes, Keller & Edwards on almost every play 2 or all 3 are in single coverage or zone...Why the fuk are all the routes the same??? Every week I see routes that all 3 run 3-5 yd patterns...how? Just absolute horrible use of our players. There is so much fail here that it's beyond comprehension
There aren't hundreds of routes to run, but I agree, Shonn was great and should have had more touches.
Yes but there are hundreds of combinations...we don't need to have a 3 receivers running the same routes at the same time. From my seats, I see this every week.

You nailed it Royal Tee. Our inability to create an offensive flow with this talented, dedicated bunch is on Schottie. He needs to go.
Thnx guys. Unfortunately, I made a similar thread earlier this year. Because week in & week out, it's the same plays. All these players and this is quite possibly the most vanilla offense in the league.. How is that?
He why dont we fire everyone and have Royaltee the fucking genius run the fucking team. He can do the playbook in crappy font.
:drunk: Ya missed a few, Keller is "Supposed" to be a match-up problem for most defenses yet he NEVER seems to be open? How many years did it take for him to figure out how to use Brad Smith??? He NEVER figured out how to get Woodhead out on the field yet in two weeks N.E. figured out not only how to use him BUT how to exploit his versatility? We have two BIG receivers yet we never run the quick (3 step drop) slant, instead opting for the long outs that even an experienced QB has problems completing. We have a QB that has a very good play action fake. Why don't we exploit it??? Anyone else want to add to this list???

At least they'll be able to read it!:lol: I have often bitched about our use of Keller, particularly in the middle of the field. It was only til recently we started running routes BEHIND the LB'ers...all of Kellers routes were right in front of the LB for 3 yds... I agree w/everything.. Gracias :beer: Dude, I was absolutely floored @ wheat happened there.... LT's 1 strength is Leaping over the pile..but from 2 yards out? That whole sequence was full of fukin FAIL!
