Tomlin is a good coach and a good guy....the problem with his hiring was that Wisenhut was presumed to be the favorite and the Rooney's are the main backers of the "Rooney Rule" which presumably or cosmetically helped Tomlin get the job. Without the Rooney Rule, Tomlin wouldn't have to have the affirmative action stigma on him.

I got news for you... I have lived in Pittsburgh, Washington D.C., NJ/NY, and Boston... hands down Pittsburgh is the most racist city of the bunch with parts of Boston being a close second.
