That's not what I said. I just know it's a lot easier to throw on us than to run on us. Look at the rankings. Will this game work out that way? Who knows but the odds say it will. The Jets have probably the best running game of anyone we have faced this year. Like I have been saying, it will be a great game because the matchups are so even IMHO.
Yes, I realize that's not what you said and I wasn't trying to put words in your mouth, it's just something that I hear constantly in Pittsburgh about the Steelers run defense. Teams CAN run on them, a team just has to have a really good run offense to do it. The Jets do and the balance between Greene and Tomlinson make that running game more difficult to defend than having a single featured RB. I agree with you that it's going to be a great game and about the matchups, but I think the Jets edge in the passing game AND special teams will be the difference. Pittsburgh delenda est.
