As I said in the original thread about this, any pundit who claims that a team has no chance to win a game, and then that team wins, should be forced to resign, since they've shown that they're completely clueless.

Cowher loves to cry. He'll have a real good cry after we beat his Steelers.

Steelers defense with Troy is an entirely different defense..Not just saying that. Troy may be the single most important defensive player in the league (as far as being important for his team) Steelers are a 500 team without him. and I am Steelers fan.

I agree. The Steelers organization is world class from the top down. A head coach is important, but it would be hard to be a bad coach in the organization. The Steelers are always near the cap in terms of spending..Easy to coach with that many good players..and Dick Lebeau deserves most of the credit for the defense.

It's hard to say how good a coach is going to be outside Pittsburgh because the Steelers have never had a head coach that went to coach for someone else.

Exactly right. Cowher's the most overrated football coach of my lifetime--one Super Bowl mixed in with a decade of chokes doesn't make a star. Put it this way: nobody's clamoring for Brian Billick to come save their franchise, but he and Cowher have accomplished just about the same in the NFL.

For what it's worth, I'd definitely rather have Tomlin running my team than Cowher.

Bill Cowher is a piece of shit. There was never a head coach I hated more than that man. (Don Shula, Jimmy Johnson and Bill Belichick were/are 2-4 in some order.) Now he is a douchebag homer studio clown.

Bill Cowher is a complete homer(understandably). I give no validity to what he says for this game.

    Pittsburgh delenda est.

The beauty of it is Pitts O-Line is worse than Brady's. I expect Big Ben to throw a few INT's in desperation, if the same team that showed up tonight shows up there.

I said this in the initial Cowher thread: The media tells us he's Lombardi, his results say he's Tom Coughlin.

For those of you getting incensed over this, how upset would you be if Tom Coughlin said any of this garbage?

It's hard to say. He may have had another Super Bowl or two if it wasn't for Bellicheat. How many times in the 2000's did Tom Brady beat the Steelers in the AFC Championship game?
