It would be a waste since they run away after a loss like the OP.

No knowledge of the game. Pats were Robbed in 1978 or would of been SB champs if not for one call.

Tuck rule is that, the rule and you're a pop warner star if you're upset if the rules were upheld.

Go back and look at the play of plays for the giants game and see Seymour was taking down manning till a forearm was pulling at his neck, a total choke hold. The NFL has a closeup of closeups they showed prior to the 2008 SB.4th down, Pats ball, no fancy catches and pats get a 15 yd penalty in addition to close out the game and 4th SB

The NFL refs were 7 seconds off on the call on Thomas in 2007 which would have won the game for the pats too. 2 or 3 delay of games not called on scoring drives. PLEASE

38 yd interference call on Asante Samuel against Denver, replay shows no penalty but the call cost the Pats the game. NFL didn't want Pats winning 3 in a row.

Again many teams have been ROBBED of wins and making the playoffs the past 4 years or so and playoffs. But Pats lost two SB's
so I guess Pats have been robbed as much or more than anyone two times over. It is what it is. Just like to see equal calls

I know Tons of team have lost won games but I'm talking super bowls and other teams have been robbed of playoff wins. But the tuck rule is just that, the tuck rule, and the correct call was made. Pop warners like yourself might not understand NFL rules but that's the rules lol.

How did the NFL influence Rodney Harrison into completely failing to knock down a pass that a 5th string WR caught on his head?

Amazing catch, but on that 4th and 11 or 15 th call before that pass is made
is when Seymour was taking down Manning, then seymour is being strangled with a forearm around his neck and Manning becomes free and makes the pass.

Awesome pass by Manning, great game by Manning. Catch was amazing, jumping 2 feet or so and then hands out as high as high gets, harrison perfect coverage and the catch is made. But the refs saw the choke hold and didn't call it. If the call is made, Pats win the Super Bowl.

And Samuel laughing to Merriweather that he dropped a gimmie interception makes me glad he is gone. Could have made a difference. If Pats lose on their own fine, but there sure is great closeup footage of the chokehold and it was shown during a seymour interview prior to 2008 superbowl. If you taped it you got it and you got to feel for it.

The Pats did lose on their own. Trying to blame the ref's is always weak. The players always have the ability to nullify any crap call an official makes by making sure their level of play eliminates any bad call made.

Make an interception, knock down a pass and you're not on here 3 years later trying to blame a ref for advancing the NFL's agenda to get players a Superbowl win.

You totally signed this, didn't you?

    http://deadspin.com/354824/the-patriots-petition-greatest-hits

Time to check in on the petition for the NFL to investigate the final 1:40 of Super Bowl XLII, as seen on Petition Online.com (and mentioned here on Saturday). Petitions on this site are usually pretty tepid, bewildering affairs: Take for example petition for the betterment of UNC football (26 signatures), or the petition for a 15th anniversary reunion for the Disney musical Newsies (170 signatures). But not so the Super Bowl petition, which has gained somewhat of a cult status with nearly 15,000 responses so far.

At first the petition drew notice from outraged Patriots fans who were sure that their team had been robbed due to some sort of timekeeping shenanigans. Then the comments quickly evolved into comedy gold as people signed in to mock the Pats fans. And then, predictably, came the boring Tom Brady is gay jokes and a bunch of racist and pornographic nonsense, as people who type with their knuckles got wind of it. But for the first 2,000 comments or so, it was pretty entertaining. Here's a sampling, with the serious comments listed first:

    • That whole giants drive needs to be reviewed especially the deep throw to tyree our defense was clearly held by the jerseys and facemasks but not one of the penalties were called. — Charles Novak

    • I don't know much about the rules of the NFL but as a Patriots fan if this is true I feel cheated. If this is true there should seriously be a replay of the last 1:40 of the Super Bowl. I didn't bet on it myself, but a lot of people lost or gained a lot of money on this game and the real outcome deserves to be known. — Eric Frenz

    • Give the patriots their rightful win. — Meaghan O'Toole

    • Only reviewing these rules is an understatement. Two players (Richard Seymour and Adalius Thomas) were also held on the 3rd and five play of the giants in the fourth quarter. This needs to be reviewed as well. — Tag Muggia

    • I was at SB42 and watched the travesty of the biggest screwjob in history take place. Justice must prevail. — Colin McSorely

    • I feast on your tears — your insipid, ignorant tears. — Cry More

    • There must be an investigation—I kept track of the time using a metronome and a calorie counter, and there was definitely a discrepancy. I'm shocked no one has mentioned the late hit on Brady by the field judge! — Troy Tranes

    • Hey guys, I just wanted to say that as the coach of the New England Patriots, I think that...whoops, one second left. Gotta run!!!! — Bill Belichick

    • I'll be holding a press conference today to announce whether or not I am signing this petition. — Kevin Hart

    • Guess what? Giesle and I got back together. — Leonardo DiCaprio

    • I altered the deal Pats fans. Pray I don't alter it any further. — Darth Vader

    • Anyone notice the way the light gleams off Brett Favre's helmet? — Joe Buck

    • Don't just play the last 1:40 over. play until the Pats win, even if it's a bajillion years. I live vicariously through Tom Brady's accomplishments and I can't quit imagining him in his mansion, plowing Gisele, but with tears rolling down his cheeks. All because people are jealous of the Pats. — Shaun Patrick O'Toole Flannegan

    • Don't hate on NY or my rooster will cut you. — Pedro Martinez

    • Osi Umenyora took a dump on our hearts. :( — Dick Peters

    • This petition makes the Super Bowl loss that much sweeter. From the bottom of our hearts, thanks for this. — The Nation

All one has to do is see the footage. Don't have to try and blame the refs if you see the replay. Giants were all over Brady, Gagney dropped everything yet pats were winning, 4th and whatever, A Thomas and Seymour in the backfield and Seymour is about to take Manning down and gets strangled. You can blame someone when the call is totally blown as has happened to many teams but like Seattle perhaps had a major impact. Refs do what they want to do. Seen calls this year that are clearly catches even on replay and then the wrong call made. How about Seattle / Steelers too?

Pats have been robbed more than anyone. Lost two superbowls over two calls by themselves 1978 and 2007. Just one bad call in each game was enough.

that's valerie cormier, she's been in Playboy 3 times so someone likes her looks.

Actually your defense was on the ground to the side so Tom wasn't even touched remotely from what I could see. refs do non calls all day long. I've seen them blow it dead if they don't signal for the play and time clock to begin many times.
