However far they go this year, I expect to hear, over & over, that the defense allowed a "game-winning" drive to Peyton Manning. This is the problem with being in a market that has two teams. While all of the Boston market has Patriots pom-poms this week, much of the New York market is trashing the Jets. Even guys hired to be Jets people are Jets haters...just look at Cimini. Would ESPN have hired someone less anti-Jets to be their "Jets" person? I doubt it. Cimini's main qualification was that he was enough of a basher.

This is one of the things that really pisses me off. In almost every other market, the guys that call the game on local radio can be openly homer. Somehow...NY Guys are supposed to be 'too professional' for that. F*** That. I want the play by play guy to sound like it's coming out of my living room.
