Exactly the point though. Pointing at the opposing bench after your team scores, after all the talking the Jets have done for the past two years and Braylon Edwards' "Dougie" in week 2, is nothing. It makes the Jets sound like a bunch of over-sensitive pussies, to be honest. Did you see or hear about any Patriots complaining about Edwards after week 2? No. And if you know me from the board, I'm not typically critical of the NYJ and I respect them as a division rival. I actually like Ryan's personality and what he's done with the team and his overall approach. I just think this particular comment from Cromartie is bush league stuff. I have no doubt that Rex sends messages via the media, but I don't know if he'd come up with something this "elaborate" (for lack of a better term). It also doesn't make much sense that the reporter seemed to just happen to ask the right question to get this response. It's most likely it was just a stupid answer by Cro.

two teams two directions sitting back and observing both teams i think this week is a snap shot of how different these two teams are. You have the jets that havent won anything of substance in 40 years yet they are trash talking like they are the defending SB champions. to make matters worse the biggest trash talker is the HEAD COACH. its the jets that have players like cromarte (that have nine children with nine different people that needed $500k advance from the jets to pay child support) who go on profanity laced tirades about his opponents. Then you have the very business like patriots that choose not to respond and give their opponents any extra motivation. the krafts would never allow a player of cromartes character wear that uniform. If the jets had an ounce of class or humility they would take a lesson from the patriots that have actually won recently and shut their mouths. its crystal clear which organization has a history winning and which organization has history of losing.

I have to agree with this statement. Just so everyone that HATES Cro knows the truth, the skit on HBO where Cro "forgets" his kids names was the 2nd take. It was really nice of HBO to make him do it a again to get him tongue tied, and use that on the air instead of the 1st run where he had it down cold. This is how fake political shit starts like Obama's birth certificate. The truth is out there - you just have to go look for it. Some people are too lazy to be bothered looking for facts.
