Here are some of the observations I have made while watching the last 4 Colts games (I have watched the w. 14 Titans game and am in the middle of the w. 15 Jags game right now)

    1. We will see a lot of Shotgun
    2. Donald Brown will line up 1 yard behind Manning when its a run (or a play action, but a lot of runs in that formation) in the shotgun formation
    3. Manning will spread us out and Tamme will not leave the field ever
    4. Blair White fair catches every punt
    5. The Jaguars and Titans have had success with a singleback 2 TE formation where both TE's are off the line of scrimmage on each side of the line.
    6. Blair White is good, but will make mental mistakes
    7. The Colts do not blitz much but will on 3rd downs occassionally. They rely on Mathis and Freeney to get to the QB
    8. Brackett is a great run stuffer
    9. Their secondary can be beat
    10. Our corners MUST be aggressive at the line with these recievers. DO NOT allow free releases

These are just some observations among many

If both TEs are off the line, how are they covering the tackles??

    Great list.

The other thing I think that should be stated is that they will sell out to stop the run and force Sanchez to beat them. They did that with mediocre qb's the last 4 weeks, and should do that again tonight.

I've noticed with Freeney spinning like mad that he creates a natural running lane for the backs so I think WE will see a lot of running to the left by Greene.

Also when Blair White signals for a fair catch have Gholston run full speed and hit him. But knowing him he'd probably miss.

This is why Murrell has my nomination for most knowledgeable poster.

The kid puts the work in and produces good stuff.

One thing I've noticed watching the Colts (and this could be completely wrong) is that the WRs seem to do a great job coming back towards the QB and making a play. This may be in large part because of Peyton's vision and ability to throw the ball in exactly the right spot but it seems like the WRs always find ways to get open by coming back towards the ball.

I hope we attack their secondary, we know the Colts are gonna load the box and try to stop the run. We have too many options in the passing game to exploit that weak secondary

    lol...nice

The receivers line up on the line. The Jags and Titans had success both running and throwing from this formation.

The Colts run game has been better but I think we can shut it down. We struggle when we let RBs get to the edge but I don't think Addai or Brown have that kinda speed
