True story. But none of that has anything to do with how great Tom Brady is. Why did you even bother writing it?

It wasn't needed. That is my problem with it.

A moronic post from a Colt fan. That's surprising, not. They got FGs cause that was all they needed to win. Manning needed a SB against a fluke Bears team that wasn't very good to win one.

What really is "needed" anyway? It was one coach talking to another, it's not like Rex was staring at the camera when he said it

Another moronic post from a Jets fans. They play who the NFL tells them to play. If the Jets win the SB this year, I hope it isn't against the Seahawks. You'll probably hang yourself.

Why try to explain reality to a Colts fan? Just wave some fries with gravy in the air and and they'll get distracted.

p.s. This thread finally has some value with clots fans arguing with patsies.

Indianapolis must have the most fast food restaurants per block of any city in America. I hear they aren't the fattest city in the country but you could have fooled me when I was there.

I mean we can fight if you wanna step into the TT forum but other than that I was just making an observation about the city. You guys have so many fastfood places that I had never even heard of before.

I don't believe in the "My city is better than your city" schtick. For every putdown you or anyone makes, I'm sure I could come up with a decent putdown of NYC. What you missed was your comment was nothing more than the others.

As far as fast food restaurants, yep they are everywhere. I don't know if it still is true, but back in the late 80's, Indy was second to LA in the number of fast food restaurants. Maybe we passed them by now. There's plenty of family owned restauarants in Indy, not counting the fast food chains or chains like Olive Garden.

You can put down NYC all you want, I don't live there.

Of course my comment was just like the others. I was at least capable of directing my stupid bit of trash talk in the right direction. You called out a pats fan for being a dumb jets fan.

I have nothing against Indianapolis because I was only there for a weekend. I just know I saw disproportionate amount of morbidly obese people and a shit load of fast food restaurants.

Also saw what was possibly the most boring football game ever between the Colts and the Texans but that was just bad luck. I assume the new stadium is better but that old one didn't have much personality to it.

I'm not a fan of the coach speaking bravado to the public, I much rather the quiet, silent, effective, show me on the field types. Bill Parcells, Eric Mangini, Bill Belicheck, Tom Landry.. the guys who can't wait to get away from the press and go coach their team to another victory. (Mangini being the exception)
Bottom line in my book, the coach should be seen and not heard by the public. Let the players play on the field do the talking for you. Of course, in today's mega information age, that is not the preferred method of coaching.

They have Steak n Shake there.

I looove Steak n Shake. The shakes are the best, the only downside is that they have the longest wait ever in the drive through line (like half an hour to get my food at the drive thru, seriously?).
