    Oh yeah, I'm on board. He'll be one hell of a coach for this team, especially if he runs the ball as much as most think he will. Got a lot of good backs on the roster aching to see the ball 15 times a game.

    also a running back coach who has turned out some very good players without being able to recruit like we do.
