IMHO quite unlikely having lost 22 games in the last 2 years & having a 38 spot tagged on them by the Steelers yesterday

    HELL and NO.

That ended badly, Rex sent Rob the gameball when we beat them last year and spoke how that win was for his brother.

Rob Ryan could do wonders with the Giants defense, or as much as I hate to say it Miami's. I would hope Rob wouldn't take a job in the same division. If BB expects just people that coached with him to avoid his division one would think a brother would be severely off limits.

Rob won't ever be on Rex's staff, but you better believe he will be helping Rex this week and through our playoff run by giving chipping in with any insight he possibly has. The Browns were the only team to really shut down Brady after week 2.. maybe he can help out.

Rob Ryan isn't going to join Rex. It would be a no-win situation for Rob. If the defense does great, then how much credit goes to Rob & how much goes to Rex? Rex has a solid defensive established as a coordinator & HC already.

If Rob doesn't get a HC offer, he should look for a defensive coordinator position on a team with struggling defense. Turning around struggling defense would look much better on Rob's resume.

I'd rather have Buddy Ryan. Or Ryan Seacrest.

Rob Ryan is expected to interview for the Panthers HC position (per Rotoworld).

If Cleveland was smart they'd hire Rob to be HC, but I don't get the idea that's going to happen. We don't need Rob, we need an OC, someone by the name of Cavanaugh.

I'd prefer Callahan but some here prefer Cavanaugh...either one is fine by me as long as it's not schotty again.

No Rex has said he would hire his brother. In fact, the Jets under Rex have put in requests for him at the beginning of this year and last year as well. They were denied by the Browns.

with Mangini out in Cleveland I can see Rob becoming the head coach, or a HC for another team. What would he do on the Jets? If there is a coach the Jets sign, I want Singletary as a LB coach.
