Rams HAVE to get some receivers. If they catch a couple of those deep balls, this is a different game. I know they are getting Avery back next year, but they also have to draft someone.
seems like it might be easier to make the playoffs with a losing record if not all the games are played.
15 yard route on 4th and 22. Okay. Seattle goes 3-7 in their last 10 and 7-9 overall and ends up hosting a playoff game. Makes sense. New Orleans should be favored by at least 5 or 6 points.
^ Higher. Line will be in the 7-9 range, I think. Crowd was great, and reinforcing their 12th man image, they probably had something to do with a few StL procedure penalties. Seattle consistently has a great home environment.
I know Seattle lost a bunch of games by 20 or points this year. I expect the Saints to make it one more next week.
rookie quarterback offensive coordinator- Pat Shurmur (nephew of the late Fritz Shurmur who was a conservative coach) assistant head coach- Richard Curl They will have to get a top level WR next season and they will have to open up the offense. Before tonight's game, the Rams YPA was 6.06. That number took a dip tonight. That number is way too low.
I was originally going to say at least 7, but playoff games typically have smaller spreads than regular season ones. I'm sure a regular season game would be at least 7.
Really? How about this? I bet you whatever you like that the opening line will be lower than 11. I also welcome you to compete with me in a handicapping contest, since you apparently think you know so much more than me.
I'm going to place a bet on Seattle to win the Super Bowl tomorrow. Whenever you can get 100:1 odds in the NFL playoffs, you've gotta go for it.
JUST got home from the game. Terrible football game to watch, but amazing atmosphere. Place is buzzing from kickoff to the very last second.
