We should hire mangini to the FO. He was a great team builder, i think our drafts have been weak since he left. Tannenbaum is not a "talent evaluator" imo, he needs some help and that could be a good tandem again.

The 'talent evaluator' at the top is Scott Cohen, the Asst. GM and former personnel man from Philly. I think we have him to thank for Lito Sheppard. I don't think I'd be in favor of bringing Mangini back in any respect, although I'm sure he has his talents. Mangini was not the mastermind behind those drafts, that's why we have scouting teams.

Give hime some credit. I'm sure the HC had something to do with drafting players that fit his implemented system.

The scout team has been the same since EM left, no? So I guess we know the difference now.

I think Mangini is a great X's and O's guy, and would love if the NYJ brought him back as an assistant. I also think he should be given more time in CLE.... 3 QB injuries and several losses by less than 1 score..... Jake Delhomme is solely responsible for about 3 of them.

    Hi.

I actually do work for my brother, and its not a problem, it actually works great.

But that may be unique to our situation and the business we are in. It probably wouldn't work for this pair of twins in the NFL.

Plus, who wants Rob Ryan anyway? He's just a douchier, scuzzier, shittier version of Rex. Right?

Then again, maybe Rex needs someone around to question him and tells him whats what in a way he understands. Who questions Rex? Who watches the Watchmen? It should be Tanny and Woody, but they just suck his dick until he fails and then he would be fired. Maybe Rex needs that familiar voice, that parallel brain in his ear.

Yes he does, that's why we have Vernon Gholston on the team right now. Magnini has no place on this team.

    Kansas City Delenda est.

OK so Gholston is a Mangini pick but Brick, Mangold, Revis, Harris and B. Smith was the head scout.

    Get a grip.

I believe the rumor was that Mangini went against the war-room consensus and drafted Gholston on his own accord....that's why fingers are being pointed at Mangini for this pick.

I'm aware of this and EM should be blamed for that selection. Terrible pick........ EVERYBODY makes terrible picks once in a while. If people want to crucify EM for the Ghost pick, then they should acknowledge the good picks as well, because there were many more.
