Actually, that's the biggest bummer about today's result - a win today would have given us a chance of finishing ahead of the Ravens and avoiding the Patriots in the second round.

you calling others here on this message board nitwits?

you the same guy that was leading the chears for mangenious, favre and now the so called great head coach rex, lol.

if there's a nitwit, you need to take a look in the mirror. the nitwit will be looking right back at you.

i never minded being ganged up on by the mushminds on this board, in the end you're usually always wrong! great football minds > ukilledkenny, miamipunk, ndmicky mouse, pats hater, ace of ???. bunch of clowns that are great at picking losers!

I may be naive, but we can beat them in Foxboro. I know we can. We need this defense to play better, and we need to stop faking punts. Especially with the lead.

I'm pretty sure we were getting the 6 seed regardless of today. The Ravens have the tiebreak over us and the Bengals next week. They're not losing that game. Doesn't make losing today feel any better though.

Football fans tend to root for their team. It's pretty easy to predict that your team is going to fail in any given year since only one team is happy when it's all said and done.

Congrats on being a miserable bastard.

Only if the Ravens win next week, Steelers lose, and Jets win. That would put the Ravens as the #2 seed and the Jets at #5 and Steelers at #6. Then both the Steelers and Jets would have to win in the wildcard round.

uhhh.we beat them once, they beat us once. It's not exactly math. The Pats are not the '72 Dolphins or the '85 Bears. Sorry, just my .02.

Sorry I pissed in your cornflakes earlier, but I thought it was significant to mention that we made the playoffs. I guess that doesn't mean anything to you?

I merely mentioned the Jets were about to clinch a playoff spot, a significant event regardless of today's outcome. It's not like I had a picture of a bottle of champagne popping on the front page. Get over yourself, dude...
