Okay, since you need some Math 101 here ill help you out bro. 1st and 10 (clock was stopped and Jets had 1 time out) and 2:48 to go. Forte runs the ball and gets stopped with 2:43 to go. The 40 second timer would of then made them run another play to get to the 2 minute warning and THUS making it 3rd down with 2:00 to go. On the 3rd down run, Jets could of used their final timeout then and would of had another 50 seconds left so Sanchez didnt have to force that throw. How many degrees do you have again?
You guys have clearly never watched Andy Reid try to manage the clock. Rex definitely needs to work on time management as well though.

Once again, the way the Jets did it, if the defense got the stop, would give them a free time out at the two minute warning and an entire two minute drill, which Sanchez wins with. It comes down to the defense not doing it the way Rex wanted it done, which is sufficient. It doesn't fucking matter anyway, we lost because of a bad throw from a QB who is clearly covering up the extent of his injury. Where did you matriculate again? Phoenix Online? I think its fair to criticize Rex for his game management ability when this stuff happens game after game after game etc....He gets paid the big bucks to put this team in the best possible position to win and he really hurt them on the last drive is all im saying. I agree. Rex is a terrible head coach. Our offense put up 27 points against a top 5 defense. 2nd consecutive year in the playoffs after a trip to the AFCCG. The should not go to the playoffs again after this loss. They should give it up to a more worthy team.
That changed the whole game momentum, but hell were in who cares ? We scored 34 points against one of the supposed best defenses.
