I think I just heard a penalty call that only one player may jump into the stands after a TD. 15 yards unsportsmanlike conduct
There have been games postponed due to hurricanes. In 1932, the final game of the season (in the record books as a regular season game but it was a de facto playoff game) had to be moved indoors due to a blizzard.
Dolphins are actuallly leading in a home game Bills are going nowhere so far in this game Tennessee showing a little life now. And Belichick still winning just about every one of his challenge flags.
But this may very well be the first time a game has ever been postponed due to snow (as opposed to the vikings games, which were due to dome collapse).
Well, it was a dome collapse due to snow. That's a nitpick of sorts, though. We can put that postponement in a separate category. This Vikings-Eagles game is the first one, I believe, that was postponed due to snow and nothing but snow.
Jared Cook scores a touchdown for Tennessee and then does a dance in the end zone with his team still down by three touchdowns.
Ed Reed pretty much ends the game with an INT in the end zone, and then moronically tries to lateral as he is about to be tackled. Ravens keep it and should pretty much have the playoffs clinched.
 at Ed Reed he makes more stupid plays on returns than anyone. Picked it off in endzone, essentially seals game. But because he's Ed Reed, he needs to try to return it for a TD. Then someone got him by the ankle, but instead of being thankful no one stripped him, he tried to lateral it blindly backwards. Luckily for him, a teammate fell on it. One of the great playmakers at the safety position, but also a guy who simply doesn't care what the smart play is.
Sometimes it works sometimes it doesnt, I guess its just his game to gamble. Ravens have wild card just about clinched now.
ah, I see you got to it first. Reed usually has a few of these a season, when he's playing. I don't think you understand. Reed gambles when there's basically no upside, unless he's trying to pad his return stats. Pick it off, go down, game is basically over. Try to return it, and you risk fumbling. Not only that, but he actually threw the ball away this time. That behavior would only make sense if it's a desperation play and your team needs a TD, not when you're up two scores and you can start running the clock out.
truth is I think we can say Vikings/Giants was due purely to snow because they delayed it when the Giants couldn't make it into Minnesota. So snow ruining travel plans, and then the game moving due to snow collapsing the dome.
Bradford with a great pass for the TD. Too bad - I was actually hoping that the NFC West champion would be 7-9.
TD to Laurent Robinson Rams up 21-14 pending XP Rams-Seahawks, please NBC. Get it right for once, you prick bastards.
