The NFL is dicussing postponing tonight's game in Philadelphia. The Vikings have really been cursed this year. Can't imagine NBC is too thrilled about it either - will they go up against the Monday night game (Atlanta-New Orleans) tomorrow? If so, they'll get killed. http://nbcsports.msnbc.com/id/40811263/
It's NBC's fault. Mind boggling to want to show the Vikings again after we saw what happened against the Bears. I don't know which, if any, games were protected, but Jets/Chicago, Giants/Green Bay, and Indianapolis/Oakland are three games that are clearly more compelling, and it's not like any of those are boring teams. They love showing the Jets, Giants, Packers, and Colts in primetime. The Eagles/Vikings game has nothing going on. It's widely expected to be a huge blowout (biggest or second biggest point spread of the year), and while the Eagles have an exciting offense, that's hardly a reason to show a terrible game that has little impact on anything.
did Minnesota arrive? If they are actually in Philly, it's crazy I've never seen a game canceled because of weather.
