Isn't such discretion just feeding into the notion that activities that are completely legal are somehow "wrong"? He didn't do anything illegal. Just because he's a public figure, he has to engage in only certain legal behavior, and not other legal behavior? He and his wife get to decide on their own sense of morality, and they get to decide on their own sense of discretion. Why is it for anyone else to decide?
