    I remember when this happened, It was Ellis.

    IMO this is just piling on to the rest of the shit happening to the JETS.

    Amazing the timing of this, I'm sure if you trace the money there is someone from the NFL pushing for it :lol:

    True, but that's only if they go to trial. They usually make deals before trial that at a minimum get the lawyers their money, and that's the problem. Even in bullshit lawsuits, both lawyers work the system to at least influence their clients to get both lawyers paid.

    That's not correct. The only way the plaintiff's attorney will get $$$ is if they settle or win at trial. No "deals" are made or permissible. If no one was injured, then this case will likely be dismissed.

    If the person he threw the snowball at was legitamately injured, then he is entitled to compemsation, plain and simple.
