He's Mink. Check his profile. :rofl2: Heey Minkman, what ah dey sayin bout me on da intratnets? Check it out fawh me.
He was way over the top when they beat Houston, Cincy, Denver, all playing the "oh good teams find a way to win," card. Then when they were gonna play NE, last Monday night, all he did was shoot off about how most of the experts were picking the Pats and how sweet it was gonna be proving them wrong. Then the Jets lost by 42 points and he comes in all "oh i'm ready to hit the panic button," like 10 seconds after he was shooting off.... Seems like a bad luck charm to me.
Frankly, I'm loathe to give radio people free advertising. And, since there's already one thread dedicated to radio people, I'm going to carry this one over there.
Why would the Beningo thread be merged into the Francesa one? One guys a Jet guy, the other one seems anti-Jet. Gimmie a break.
I was going to move it to the Talk Radio Forum, but I remembered - we don't have one. Let's just talk Jets in here. We don't need to talk about what others are talking about.
Francesser just said he is going to talk about the outrageous behavyah of da Jets strength and conditioning coach.
Yup, and he's gonna find a way to spin it as Rex havin 'no control ova his football team! it's a joke the way he's runnin dat pig pen dey call a football team!"
Here we go, another week of the Jets being the worst organization in the history of the world. Two players can take swings at each other out on the field and don't get suspended or even heavily fined, one dopey coach sticks a knee into the white portion of the field and he's got to get fired. If this had happened on any other team it wouldn't be half the big deal it is.
I don't even know why I'm watching this, maybe it's just because I'm mad at the team and want to hear them get ripped. Before one of the commercial breaks when they were teasing the Jet thing you could hear Francesa talking - or rather pontificating - over the anchor.
Why am I watching this, he's not pissing me off but they keep showing lowlights from this game (rightfully so...just tough to watch)
He actually hasn't been unfair so far (probably saving his best material for the coach tripping thing)...pointing out the nine men on the field and the hideous fake spike, saying Sanchez was bad but it wasn't all his fault. Well now he's bringing up the talking, here we go.
