I dont know man, he coordinated the best offense since the greatest show on turf, and made Matt Cassell looks like a star, yes he sucks at HC, but the man can CLEARLY call plays. He even created a half-decent offense with KYLE ORTON as QB and Brandon Fucking Lloyd as his #1 receiver, imagine what he does with this cast?
The only thing that impresses me about him is that year with Cassell but we are seeing that Cassell might actually be a pretty QB right now. The offensive success with the Broncos is mostly a mirage. The yardage and stuff looks nice for the passing game but then you take into account the utter lack of running game and the fact that they are almost always playing from behind and it doesn't seem as impressive. He certainly could have more success than Schotty but give it 2 bad performances by the offense and he is just as much of an idiot as Schotty in the fans eyes.
McDaniels clearly knows offense, just look at how lost they looked in their first game without him. That being said, he'd never come to the NYJ out of respect for Belidick. So let's not even bother with this argument.
