I was @ both of these....the EAGLES game was just such a typical JETS loss. The Indy game was my birthday so both I remember like they were yesterday.
The Colts game everyone is talking about was in 1984 when the Colts beat the Jets 9-5. It was a horrible day.

I seriously doubt he misremembered that poorly. He stated that he thought the game occurred at the end of the Walton era or during the Coslet era. That '84 game was during the early stages of the nose pick era.
Excellent weather, keeps the women, children and pussies that leave early home. I will take 50K hardcore fans over 80K anytime.
I don't think Schotty has a specific gameplan, I think he basically plays scrabble on the sidelines and whatever comes up comes up. He doesn't plan for a game, he just plays wheel of fortune when time comes.
Before Manning showed up, every Jets/Colts game seemed to be 10-6, 6-3, 9-5, 9-6. And neither team seemed to ever have a strong defense. It was just weird.
The weirdest one was probably the 1992 game in Indianapolis. The Colts won 6-3 in overtime. Three field goals in an overtime game in a dome. Very strange.
