I'm really pulling for Schotty to get the Denver job.. Or the Carolina Job... Or the 49'ers job... or any other NFL HC job..
just seemed really unsure form the start -- no huddle, huddle, wildcat, bad timeouts, odd playcalls...they always seem to over game plan when they have more than a week. I think they did it again tonight.
I really don't think you can pin this loss on the offense. The defense and special teams were equally as bad.
Im not a Shotty basher......im a Shotty hater...........his play calling is just fucking putrid...........cant wait till he gets another job
The offense is too vanilla and Schotty didn't prepare Sanchez mentally. Result: Sanchez misses wide open receivers. By the 2nd half, the game was over, so I wouldn't look too much into the play of the offense or defense at that time. The team called it a night.
Its not exclusively on the Offense, but I mean this patriot defense is not that good we should have been able to put at least a pair of scores on them I agree Schotty has to go I'm sorry he doesnt know what he is doing
injury in practice ruined the d. not because we were missing jim leohnard, but because we toned it down and in effect numbed ourselves for this game. bad move on rexs part sort of, but mostly bad move on the team for not getting up for the game dont blame schotty, he actually, despite my usual hatred of the man, called a good game. he didnt call those picks.
It's time to go schotty. Too much talent on this team to not score a td in 3 games this year. We can't score against bad defenses and we can't score against good ones. Does this guy even have a game plan.
Kleko's making some great points about the O right now. Mentioned how everytime we were going to run, the Pats had 2 LBs up on the middle of the line. Essentially: the playcalling is way too transparent. And that I think is Schotty's problem. His O is for the most part vanilla, with few adjustments throughout the game, and with some bizzare attempts at trickery sprinkled about. No, he didn't throw the picks, but he's not doing a good enough job in getting his playmakers in positions to make plays.
Jets post game, they pretty much said, the gameplan was all over the place "What was the game plan?" The run was working well, and they abandoned it too early. They aren't fooling anyone with all of their looks. They're too predicable.
