Clearly, this team has been failing on all levels (including special teams, which is becoming a new one...) While you can pin some things on individual players, this team yet again looks unprepared when they've had 11 days off. I don't want the first round bye anymore, it will lead us to an early exit because somehow we do worse when we get rest.
Didn't you hear Rex's press conference? He has a great record in January so he doesn't care about regular season losses. Despite the fact he's embarassed himself and his team in the national spotlight this is actually good in the long run because the team will be ready for the playoffs.

Either our WRs suck or Schotty and his play designs suck. You can't say neither. Every play I see the replay, I see no one even close to being open down the field. When we see Sanchez check down or run the ball, take a sack, etc. it's because no one is even close to being open.

schottenheimer puts this offense, particularly sanchez in extreme amounts of trouble with his play calling...aside from a few dropped passes 99% of our problems are schottenheimer caused...i mean that possession from our own 12, that run to the right to shonn greene for a 4 yd loss, wtf was that!!! it looked like the play design was to run into the tunnel behind them!! greene didnt even go forward...luckily at 9-2 this is one game and granted a 0-5 end to the season we should make the playoffs but i think the problem needs to be fixed now....schottenheimer needs to be canned after this game and maybe callahan should start calling the plays...shit at this point i would try mark brunell calling plays over schottenheimer...fuck that piece of shit
