I guess that's not as bad as Plaxico Burress spiking the ball after a catch in the open field but he definitely could have gotten up and scored.
or some of the san diego plays in the game vs. NE or desean jackson last year, where he had a long TD but lost it due to pure idiocy.
Mike Wallace may have been to split those DBs and reach out and score if (as Collinsworth said) do that dance after he caught the ball.
Braylon Edwards was very close to doing that on his TD vs. the Lions this year....he may have even done it but they didn't notice. It was close
Can someone explain how Roethlisberger's nose is not broken when it is pointing at the north jumbotron?
I only watched that play live and thought he was touched. I did not see the slow motion replays and what not.
not sure what you mean also, I'm sure most of the people here heard, but the announcers claim they looked at the replay and he was touched by reed going over the top
On that last play before the FG that Pitt ran they threw a quick pass to Wallace. I think if he ran straight after catching it and tried to split the corner and safety he may have been to sneak between them and reach and score. Instead he caught it and started juking. Collinsworth called it dancing lol.
^ oh, I wasn't playing close enough attention. anyway, of course mcclain should be fined, but they should look into fining the refs for being blind. How could anyone have seen that play and determined that it was a legal hit?
Why do they even bother advertising "The Sing Off" tomorrow night? Do they really think a football audience is going to choose that homosexual show over the Jets-Pats tomorrow?
Steelers fans might. Per a poll produced about 7 years ago, the Steelers have more female fans, percentage-wise, than any other team. The Bills came in second. The Jets and Giants were near the bottom of the list.
