This is probably a moot point, but it's interesting b/c clinching the playoffs with 10 wins this early in the season is pretty unheard of. If the Colts lose to the Cowboys, and the Chargers lose to the Raiders, it looks like the winner of the Jets/Pats game clinches the playoffs. This just shows the immense parity in the NFL this year.
If we dont lead the league in F*cking wins this year it is going to give the rest of the leagues fan base so much ammunition for bein all over oyr case since its the first thing we preached about in Hard Knocks and has been one of our slogans this season!
If we don't lead the league in f'ing wins and we win the SB, I don't think anyone would complain... At this point of the season, the first objective has to be reaching the playoffs, once there anything can happen, but we have to be in the tournament to be able to win it.
I don't think the winner clinches. This is because the Colts and Chargers would both have 6 losses, which means they could go 10-6 and tie us if we were to lose out after winning tomorrow night. If we were to tie with them it's possible we could lose the tie breaker with them (based upon AFC record). I don't know their AFC records, but I would guess it would still be possible we could tie with them and they could beat us out.
Not really? Even if we go 3-2 down the stretch and finish 12-4, we'll still have earned respect for having a big year. And if we do that, we'll still go 16-4 and win the Super Bowl. I don't think anyone cares about that at all... And if they did, who cares, our team is still probably better than whatever team's fans can say that...

If we win this game the division is ours to lose for sure but it is not a given. 10 wins with 4 games to play with tough games against the steelers and bears on the road will prove difficult. if Pats go 4-0 to end the season which is quite possible and we lose road games to bears and steelers we are still the 5 seed.
I was thinking the same thing with the way he stares the receivers down. How much of that can you blame on injured receivers?
Actually due to the fact the Jaguars play the Colts, I believe automatically the winner makes the playoffs. Unless the Colts and Jaguars were to tie.
From what I see in the AFC, both these teams are as good as in. And they're better than everyone else. So they'll meet up again in the playoffs, maybe the AFCC game
