The NFL announced the final Week 14 schedule on Tuesday with the originally scheduled Sunday night game on NBC between the Philadelphia Eagles and Dallas Cowboys remaining in place. The lone schedule change is the New England Patriots at Chicago Bears game moving from 1 p.m. ET to 4:15 p.m. ET on CBS. Pro Bowl voting The Pro Bowl ballots are open, so vote for your favorite players to earn a spot in the Jan. 30, 2011, event in Honolulu's Aloha Stadium. This Sunday, the Atlanta Falcons-Tampa Bay Buccaneers game on FOX was moved last week from 1 p.m. ET to 4:15 p.m. ET. The NFL utilizes "flexible scheduling" on Sundays during Weeks 11-17. Flexible scheduling will ensure quality matchups in all NFL Sunday time slots during those weeks and will give teams a chance to play their way onto prime time and into the late-afternoon 4:15 p.m. ET time slot on CBS and FOX. For each of the flexible scheduling weeks with the exception of Week 17, the NFL will announce the start times of games on Sundays no later than 12 days prior to that weekend. To ensure a Sunday night game and doubleheader games with playoff implications in Week 17, the flexible scheduling decision for that Sunday might be made on six days notice.
i cant wait......in the lot by 11:15am that is my goal. tailgate packed by 340pm in seat by 405pm victory cigarette at 725pm home by 915pm
I was gonna be real pissed if they changed it to a night game, I hate going to night games. 11:00-4 is prime tailgating time, while enjoy beer with my bagels, Id prefer it to be a cheeseburger.
I have a strong feeling the Steelers - Jets game will be flexed depending on the outcome of this weeks games. If both teams win then yea. If one wins and one loses who knows. We will see.
I could be wrong but I'm pretty sure that no team is allowed to play more than 5 primetime games in a season. The Jets have already played in 4 primetime games, with their 5th coming up this Monday night in Foxboro. Thus, I don't think the Jets will have any of their games down the stretch flexed to Sunday night.
I am saving up my "one more infraction and you are out" points for the play off's or I would seriously be there and even then this will probably mean I will end up sleeping with 17a 's 2 dogs again and I am convinced one of them is gay!
hahahaha....pounding back some of that sweet scotch, should make those lonely nights with the dogs fly right by.
The fact they are keeping the Eagles/Cowboys is not news. The only game that could be moved is the Bengals/Chargers and either Jets/Bears or the Pats/Packs could replace it
