good lord, the football gods are getting off to this one. Should help us if this is the case, our run o and d > theirs take brady out of the mix just a bit
If it snows, that helps us. Brady's gonna have a lot more trouble slinging the ball around the field. Also some of their young guys haven't played in snow or the cold...ever. Gronkowski played in Arizona and they drafted half of my gator alumni last year.
I remember that game Brady had last season or a few years ago against the Titans in the snow. He threw something like 4 TDs in the first half. I think snow may be detrimental to the Jets, especially with Dirty being a socal kid.
If it snows, watch out for the Woodhead fake HB pass tuck rule. Hear its a new gadget play that Brady is teaching him.
This should help us a lot, snow obviously favors the running game and defense. We have it, the Patriots for the most part dont. Brady should have some trouble leading an offense that likes to run quick cut route plays.
Funny because that was the first thing I thought of when I read this. I think that might have been 08. And that was cassel
Is it going to snow upstate too? What does their weather report say? I can't watch the local news up in the Finger Lakes region.
don't say things like that. I want a new snowbowl. It would make for a freaking great game and thats all I want to see. I would love to see a 50-0 drubbing put on NE. But in the event we can't simply annihilate the fuckers, I want a great game of competitive football either way.
The extended forecast doesn't call for snow. http://www.accuweather.com/us/ma/foxboro/02035/forecast-details.asp?fday=6 But the game is at 8:30pm, which means it will be COLD... probably in the 20's, which isn't the greatest for a passing game. Man it's gonna hurt like hell to get hit by Revis coming over the middle in 20 degree weather... Wouldn't wanna be the one.
Yea I seem to remember highlights of him throwing bombs in the snow for TD's. That wasn't against our defense though.
