Today on Twitter, Monday on the field: http://twitter.com/darrenrovell/status/9075314109972481 The @nyjets have beaten the @realpatriots. Jets become most followed NFL team on Twitter tonight by passing Pats.
The two most followed teams are both 9-2. And the Panthers and Rams have more than 45,000 followers less. Just sayin'. But correlation does not imply causation.
They have more fans than us on Facebook. I remember reading a story in the NY Post earlier in the season about the difference between Jets and Giants fans. They did a survey and found out that Jets fans are older, which is complete bullshit. They also said that Giants fans dominate the internet, and even asked one Giants fan about it to which he replied "You hardly see anything about the Jets on the internet." I found that funny considering there are at least 4 popular Jets message boards compared to just 2 for the Giants, and there are also way more followers on Facebook. Whatever. Fuck the Pats.
TheJetsStream #Jets Bart Scott on Brady's hair:"I'm a black guy.I don’t know anything about white haircuts. What do u guys call it? Is that like the Shag?" Can he ask Eric Smith about white haircuts or not?
Most likely Bilicheat discourages players use social media like Twitter. God forbid someone on the team have an opinion for themselves. As a matter of fact, Billicheat should have a Twitter account. I'm sure it would be pure gold. He could use this handle: @IquitasHCoftheNYJ.
