He did, they were replaying the interview on Sportscentre last night - he called TO and Moss "slouches" and Andre Johnson a "beast".
T.O. may be a loudmouth but he is no slouch. Moss on the other hand is seriously slacking off this year.
Does it matter? T-O is gonna get owned again and Marv Lewis is gonna have that same look on his face with the final seconds tick down. 9-2 and on to New England...
Uh... actually he played a word association game and both receivers were mentioned and both times "slouch" was associated with said receiver. Nice try though. I know he complimented one or two guys. I think it mighta been Andre Johnson and Ocho Cinco.
he called Andre Johnson a beast and ochocinco a competitor.... he called Moss and TO slouches because they don't try hard on every play
(1) On the slouch stuff: he's been stiff-arming and going half-hearted on passes over the middle for YEARS. 2 weeks ago he moved his arms as if he were a T-Rex dinosaur and Palmer got the pass picked off. (2) He's a locker-room cancer.
Against Pitt he was going to be open on an in route, but soon as he saw the safety he stopped his route and it got picked.
Don't call Revis 'average,' Butthead Jets Blog By MARC RAIMONDI Last Updated: 7:31 AM, November 26, 2010 Posted: 4:09 AM, November 26, 2010 Comments: 0 More Print There was nothing "average" about the job Darrelle Revis did on Terrell Owens last night. After scathing trash talk by the Bengals' star wide receiver this week, Revis never let him get going. Owens had just three catches for 17 yards in the Jets' 26-10 win at the New Meadowlands Stadium. This week, Owens called Revis, who has developed the reputation as one of the best cornerbacks in the business, "average." "Not bad," Revis said. "Just trying to make ends meet out there for an average corner. They stuck me on the best receiver, Terrell Owens. I was kind of shocked that they put an average corner on one of the best receivers in the league. But I guess I managed to do OK against him." BOX SCORE COMPLETE JETS COVERAGE Revis' best play against Owens might have come with 9:52 left in the third quarter. Carson Palmer handed off to Chad Ochocinco, who flung a ball deep down the right sideline to Owens on a trick play. Revis was there every step of the way and Owens was unable to haul it in at the goal line. "I didn't like it," Revis said of the comments. "I felt that it was disrespectful. I mean I'm sure he felt the same way when I called him a slouch last year. So it goes vice versa with the feelings. I felt he was calling me out." Owens was upset about comments Revis made last season about him and Randy Moss. Owens, who had six catches for 46 yards against Revis in two games with the Bills last year, initially said Revis was "great," then just "good," before demoting him all the way to just "an average corner." "He's only done one thing for one year," Owens said. "You talk about shutdown corners, you need to repeatedly do it year-in and year-out. I think he did it one year and everybody made a lot of hoopla about it." If Revis' talents are based solely on his performances against T.O., perhaps the hoopla is well deserved. The camp of Owens and Ochocinco had been referring to Revis and fellow corner Antonio Cromartie as "Ren and Stimpy." Ochocinco had just four catches for 41 yards. Cromartie said the goal was to hold both stars under 50 yards. Mission accomplished in both respects. "Ren and Stimpy did a pretty good job tonight," Cromartie said. "Batman and Robin." both of them got owned, there was several plays when neither of them could get any seperation at all and Palmer got sacked. I think they only joy they got was on quick hook and slant routes. 58 yards combined for the both of them is a pretty bad showing!! the island is deffo back in business.
So they showed a lil clip of his post game press conference, said he called Revis average to fire up his team (bullshit, when does Owens ever care about his team) and then he said he was a pretty good player but that he "did his job in the plays that were called" Great player, cancerous faggot
